  • Yeah, I'm here to learn how to fight.

  • i could never get this to work.....thats why my trainer always mad at me...i dunno maybe im not strong enough or i dont have enought muscle..can you help me?

  • Now this video, this video held my attention.

  • if i had women like you teach me in school things i'd prob be a harvard grad. lol

  • pretty girls

  • If only my University course was taught like this, we'd have 100% attendance and people would pay attention...

  • All MMA should be taught this way. :)

  • :)

  • Amazing, this way you learn and have fun at the same time.

  • dam u guys are bomb

  • cross ur left leg across the back n plant the right leg on the ground but good try

  • WOW NICE JOB :D U GIRLS R REALLY PRETTY TO :D!

  • i know these things from judo, might start with MMA when i get a black belt there. love your vids ´+1 sub!!!

  • Nice clip but dont forget it is not so much a twisting of the arm as it is driving the elbow up the back in the direction it is bent... I'm not trying to be a know it all because I dont (this is a go to move for me) I did not come up with it but I have had the chance to train with some of the best BJJ coaches in the business.Try it?!

  • great lesson and pretty teachers..lol

  • Also, when getting the Kimura, when twisting their arm from behind, you can also use the point of your elbow against the center-back of their neck and place additional pressure, causing pain on two joints with one lock while putting some body weight on it.

  • everything was good technique except you should break apart your ankles and plant your feet on the ground before taking your right armover top of opponent right shoulder...then use your right foot on opponents waist to slide your hips out from under opponent to your left...this gives you leverage...with out doing this the opponent can just break free...unless im your opponent then id just take the kimura all day long ;)

  • AWESOME LADIES!

  • nice necklace i really like it...really really like it :))

  • mis segundos favoritos son 0:17 y 0:18 ^^

  • this might be my favorite channel

  • TOMMOROW I START WITH MY TRAINING

  • kimuras are awesome when you are heavy.

  • Meh! I can't use this in bar fights! People are throwing chairs and bottles.

  • Every now and then some friends from track and field and I play football with some wrestlers in a small gym. After that the wrestlers like to show there moves on us, play around with us, torture us a little if you like :P So I decided I need to strike back somehow. The videos from MMA Candy helped :D I was able to pull of a Kimura. The wrestlers were surprised and impressed. So for this I THAK YOU MMA Candy :D

  • wow i mean good job on everything, wat can i say, wow, i mean u guys are just wow, i mean wow

  • @ekpliktos opening guard would allow her to roll out of a kimura and everyone i do this move to taps in guard.

  • werry good :)

  • DAMM IT more fun when girls show it!!! VERY NiCE MOVE!!!

  • ME GUSTA

  • good technique, but difficult to execute in a real mma fight when the opponent is busy using that arm to throw haymakers into your face. I enjoy the videos!

  • Just a refinement on that technique: When you get that Kimura locked in, release your leg lock, use your right leg to push off hip while twisting your body further left and your left leg should be moving closer to your opponents left shoulder over their back while pushing them down. Greta job though :)

  • You helped me! Thank you!!.

  • how can anyone dislike this ? =O

  • I feel like training now..

  • cool ! but u make a mistake. when u grab her wrist, u have to open the guard and put your left foot in her back so that u can turn your body more to the left othewise she will never tap ;)

  • @ekpliktos what i like to do is switch it to a body triangle when possible

  • @ekpliktos that varies on flexibility and the size of the opponent bro. Some people can barely get their arms behind their backs to touch the bottom of their should blades

  • @ekpliktos you should explain it as roll onto your right hip from your back, that's what creates the pressure, otherwise you just moved your foot. Lots of beginners watching this, gotta be more specific. . .

  • you girls are awesome

  • This is why BJJ is the best.

  • Damn I love bjj ;)

  • word

  • i love ju jitsu

  • tHIS IS AMAZING, THANKS YOU GIRLS ARE REALLY HELPING ME DEVELOP MY GROUND GAME!!

  • Very Impressive!

  • I don't know if my comment will be approved but nice moves and instructions. It looks painful if applied properly. On the other hand the blond girl on top is completely adorable. Can you say SUBSCRIBE. Sweet. :)

  • 5 people are gay

  • I thought when you lock your opponents wrist you weren't supposed to use your thumb to wrap it. Are you still able to fully extend this way?

  • love it *-* !

  • twitter?

  • VERY good teaching and videoangle's... And that u show the move without talking from a different angle is just great! I can see everything and focus @ the same time! Tnx for great uploading...

  • @MsAriel777

    Thanks Ms Ariel!!!

  • 1. When you wrap your opponents arm to secure the wrist lock, it is a shorter distance and maintains stronger control to go as low as possible at their wrist, not the underarm.

    2. Once you secure the wrist lock, lean forward and use your legs to hip escape, which will automatically and with more force secure their elbow to your chest. Then kick your leg over their back to stop their from posturing up. Then slowly rotate only their forearm until the tap.

  • Great technique (*☻-☻*)

  • Sick work girls!! Very impressive

  • @MartialArteest

  • @hmglis

Thanks so much for watching Hmglis!!!!

  • @mmacandy im learn this to on my bjj

  • cool thanks

  • And if the person is stronger than you, you have to swing your rleft hip out and over a little for more leverage

  • it's easier if you pull her to you with your legs, after you've broken guard

  • I watched this like 20 times, lol

  • awesome video. well done ladies
