All the people saying there's no difference bet. Cheap and expensive cables obviously don't understand how hd works. If your TV is limited to 60hz and a certain image quality then it doesn't matter what cables you use. You'll only get that speed and quality. Expensive cables are for top of the line TVs.

The TV can only process the information as fast as the cable gets it there from the source. That is why you need a cable that can transmit the data so fast.

how can a cable give you better speed, smoother motion for 240hz or 480hz tvs? isnt the motion handling system processed on the tv itself not through the cable...
