To copy,use the lasso tool to select what you wanna copy. Then press CTRL+C to copy, and CTRL+V to paste.

Use the lasso or marquee tool to make a selection of what you want to copy.

ctrl+C to copy

go to file>save as and then a window should pop up, on that window you can choose where you want the finished photo to go. You will also see a pop-down menu that has file format next to it. on that menu you can choose ".jpg" as a file format. Hope I didn't confuse you! =D

Where did you get lost, I can help you out, thats childplay to me..look at my designs at-

myspace/antelligentphotography - Its pretty easy, I can do this in 20seconds...all u have to do is add the new rim photo on the top layer over the original rim, then go to EDIT at the top of the screen and click on TRANSFORM, then select SCREW or DISTORT which will stretch the rim how you like...after that , just erase around the edges of the tire or rim until its looks ok to u.

KID It's nice that yiou like the 7th version over the Photoshop CS3 but if you want to take your car modding to another level cs3 has a lot more new tools that you don't have on the previous versions of the software. And from a graphic desioner's stand point the cs3 version makes it much easier.

A loveless way to get new rims an a car, you actually can't transform a wheel this way. The first rule of transplanting wheels, only use rims in the same perspective.

because some people don't have the system to run photoshop cs2 or even photoshop 8. from the look of his bottom bar it looks like he runs windows millennium or 2000. I use millenium and have photoshop 7, i dont know if 8 will work on it but i have yet to try, it looks like he does have 8 though.
