grind down the edges of your board (the metal) so it's smoother on rails and stuff.

Don't Jump (hard) onto rails always be in control.

if you want to 50-50 have the correct speed 5-10 feet before the rail/box and ride STraight.. no turns anymore...

For boardslides.. basically practice.. don't lean forward or backward too much and envision yourself doing it before you try it.. then commit, no backing out or else you'll fall.
