Seems slightly full on to heat a hot tub. Cool though.

What kind of weather was this in and what's the capacity of the tub?? How long does it take to heat and from what tempretatue?? I have a hot tub (a gift) with no heater and i was thinking about a homemade wood heater. Any help would be great!!

no, progress. The machine shown here worked very well all weekend. After the video, the heaters were enclosed by decking which kept the noise under control. This year, they were moved into a nearby garage and ducted to improve efficiency--allowing the pool to be expanded 30%.

It's really loud though...did you only do that to heat it up? Cause that would get annoying while sitting in it. Any jets or bubble makers...whatever they are called? Still really cool...you can see all the steam coming off.
