you can also tell how fast he is going buy counting the seconds between the mail boxes it takes about 3 seconds between each one and if you do the math thats about 10-14 mph not very fast

I generally do go 60mph in residential neighborhoods, but it is a little difficult to go fast in the snow due to your tires spinning.

People around here can't drive in snow. Period. Mainly because it snows so seldom and when it does, people take complete leave of their senses. Heck, my own brother's car got stuck on the way to work. XD
