  • Thank you for sharing your story, miraculous! What was your treatment?

  • hey did she get better?

  • Victoria, you are an inspiration to us all!! I've had Lyme now since I was 11, I'm 33yrs old now and I too was reduced to a wheel chair at one point, once a cheer leader and ballet dancer, homeschooled from 7th to 12th grade. It can seem so unfair at times that there are things in our life that are taken away from us that we have no control over. I believe with the loving support you have from ur family as I do we can push through this and beat this disease!! Keep your head up girl-Hugs to you<3

  • I love victoria and i am happy that she is doing so well now!

  • Thank you so much for filming it

  • Absolutely phenomenal vid. I just got diagnosed----caught it within 3months. Not sure about the prognosis but had many common symptoms but thankfully all went away after being put on Abx. Great to see her recover!

  • I have been suffering with Lyme for 7 years. I had it pretty bad, and bedridden for 1 1/2, but am doing o.k now. Seeing this video made me really cry. Seeing the effects this horrible disease can have on us is insaine. My prayers go out to Victoria on her journey of her recovery and to ALL those who continue to suffer this devistating disease! This video was well made by an extremely loving supportive family member and thats part of what shes going to continue to need for her recovery.

  • How is Victoria doing today? This was one of the first videos I watched when I found out I had Lyme disease and it broke my heart to see her suffering. It's one thing to know what I as an adult may be going through, but it's so much more difficult to see children suffering. It's too bad someone has to suffer this way because of the lack of medical concern given to Lyme. I wish you continued improvement. It is obvious Victoria has a wonderful family.

  • Thank so much for sharing the horror that Lyme disease truly is. I know - I have end stage Lyme with Babesia and Bartonella. I have lost my job and have little money left for further treatment.

It is terrifying to see that even some of those who can afford the best treatment still have relapses. This is the truth of Lyme. When will there be enough victims?

  • Alot of unanswered questions....I have OVER 200+ Lyme friends on FB..there are hundreds more w hundreds of thousands suffering....did Victoria seemingly get cured only to relapse then finally get her cure? who was her LLMD & what treatment? email me here please ..it could help me & so many others..thanks

  • What an amazing thing to do for your cousin! How old is she? This video is very well put together and very sweet. I actually don't know anything about Lyme Disease but I do know that if it isn't being taken seriously then that needs to change. Give love to Victoria for me and I pray she'll reach recovery one day! :)

  • this is a very well put together video.i hope victoria is better.i have lyme disease, and i'm in ireland and i'm fighting tooth and nail to get treatment.soon the dust will settle and lyme will be recognised for the true illness that it is and there will be hell to pay.

    love and best wishes everyone.

  • I am sharing this with many people to spread awareness about the horrible effects of Lyme Disease.

Thank you so much for filming it.

  • how is she now my thoughts and prayers I have late stage lyme disease and I thought my life was bad I pray that god will heal her she is in my thoughts and prayers god bless you victoria from Lisa in ohio

  • I had Lyme disease for over 2 years without knowing why I felt so sick...It eventually took away my legs and my brain....I told my boss I felt like I was becoming dumber and dumber by the day. Thank God I found a doctor who knew how to get rid of this evil stuff...I have not had any medicine for over a year now and I am feeling so much better. Keep the faith Victoria...and if you need to know the name of a doctor whose treatments helped me...just write...

  • i had lyme for close to 20 years and i got rid of it with ozone and frequency treatments. heather - a friend - added vit c drips and salt protocols. it can be done but it's a long road. check out our stories on my channel.

  • hey everyone, im victoria's cousin and just an update on her, she is beginning to formulated words again and has been having less and less seizures everyday. we hope to get her back again soon. Thank you everybody

  • Aww =[ thats so sad! i will keep her in my prayers!

  • Does anyone know how victoria is doing now?

  • Prayers will be going out for Victoria.. I was 14 when I got sick from lyme.. and I thought I had it bad.. but, you've made me realize I need to be so so thankful for every thing I can still do. this video touched my heart, and.. thank you for it. I'm 18 and dealing with it.. I can't imagine this little girl having to go through all that crap and so much more.. I am in awe and.. thank you for inspiring me. thank you. will be passing this on to everyone I know, lyme and healthy.

  • This made me cry! So beautiful. Stay strong, Victoria. You are not alone. I've been fighting this for so many years as well.

  • Wrote a Lyme disease brochure with the help of 2 wonderful Lyme specialists. Will email to anyone interested.

  • God Bless you Victoria! and your wonderful family for not giving up. My daughter has had lyme disease for 10 years. I know the suffering and pain you have gone through . Thank god I didn't listen to the ignorance of 9 difference doctors who don't believe that lyme disease can do this to someone. She is better now, after 7 months of IV's but still continues with natural antibiotics and supplements. We are trying to make a difference. Team Lyme

  • omg!!! this is SUCH a good video! Victoria is SO strong!!!! keep up the good work! i have lyme 2 but its not as bad as Victoria's..... STAY STRONG VICTORIA!!!

  • Brilliantly done! MOST Never know what this disease is capable of, and this tells it in no uncertain terms. It's impossible not to break into prayer for her at every viewing of this. She is precious and this has everyone who sees it pulling for her! How is she coming along?

  • i was truly touch..not by the disease because i'm living it with my mom..but by her pride and courage...she is amazing..and she manages to keep her smile no matter what...stay strong...keep praying..you'll win

  • What a wonderful video; you did an unbelievable job making it and I feel like I know Victoria. I now care very much about Victoria and the disease thanks to you. Keep fighting, Victoria! You are beautiful - then and now.

  • I'd just like to thank all of you for your thoughtful comments, and for the support, keep spreading the word!

  • @alwaysrecord - I have a son (6) who is as disabled as Victoria and I am in the UK do you have any contact points for those involved in her recovery as we would really like to make contact. My son can be found on Facebook or You Tube by searching for "Lewis Jeynes" - if you could email me on enquiries@lewisjeynes.co.uk I would be enternally grateful - James (Dad)

  • This was very moving. My boyfriends mother took care of Victoria when she was at Dartmouth. I'm very close with his family and I know Victoria touched her heart, and mine as well. Stay strong!

  • I have been living with lyme for 23 years. This film touched me more than any other I have seen relating to lyme. Victoria is a funny, beautiful, courageous girl.. keep fighting Victoria....

  • What a beautiful video and beautiful young lady!

I hope that Victoria is able to get into remission soon with this horrible disease.

I too have Lyme Disease and have had it for 13 years now. It's an awful disease and the lack of awareness among docs is atrocious.

Stay strong Victoria! We will win!

  • Victoria,

Last Saturday night I had the pleasure of meeting four important, remarkable, and yes "perfert" women who share your life. Please thank them for sharing your story with me.

My prayers are with you during your speedy recovery.

    ~Shon

  • Victoria,Larry, Jacqueline,Willy, Cam & LJ. There is not a day that Iwe think about what you all are going through. Life some times does throw us a curveball, never stop believing! Victoria has been a big inspiration to me, and she is a fighter and she will win this battle. We all need to contact our State Reps, Congressman and let them know that we need to spend more money, on research and Stop bailing out corporate America and find a cure NOW !

    Love

  • thank you so much for making and sharing this video. from the moment i first saw it i haven't been able to extract victoria from my head or heart. what a beautiful spirit she has. she and her family are in my thoughts. <3

  • That video was so moving; so touching to me. I really just want to thank the whole Arlen family for teaching us about Lyme. We found out that 4 out of 5 people in my family have it; my mom, brother, sister and me. It is a really terrible thing to be living with and even though I can't completely relate to Victoria, I still feel like I know. Anyway, just.. thank you SO much, Arlen family, for helping my family to becoming healthy again. God bless and good luck! (:

  • I cried when I seen this video. It's people like you Victoria I keep fighting for better treatments, and testing. Your lucky to have such a wonderful family supporting you in your fight. I hope one day soon a cure will be found, and this disease will be nothing more then history written in the medical books. Bless you.

  • Victoria is an inspiration to us all. She has faced so much adversity at an early age yet has managed to keep an incredibly positive attitude and her wonderful personality. I am hoping and praying for her speedy recovery!!!

  • Victoria was in a dance class of mine, around 2005, probably when she was in 4th or 5th grade. I believe it may have been the last dance class she was able to be in.

She was a joy, an awesome story-teller, a wonder at making you laugh, and so enthusiastic about everything.

I learned to know Victoria's enthusiasm. With that, she will be able to overcome once more (and for good). I think of her always.

  • What a blessing. Thanks to all who made this something we all could share. Extra blessings to Jacqueline, Larry the kids and most importantly Victoria. "You go girl!"

  • This is such a beautiful video. Victoria is such a strong young woman and she'll be in my thoughts. Thank you so much for sharing this.

  • My heart goes out to Victoria, her family and their extended family. What a horrible disease. Who knew it could be so debilitating? Why is there no cure? Public awareness is key. I was under the impression penicillin cured this disease.

  • nice job david.... so well put together, I know auntie Jacqueline loved the whole thing.. Thanks man

  • thanks colin!

  • Please God give this family your love and support. This child should not have to suffer... my heart is aching right now... but her soul and spirit are so bright! Me and my son also suffer from this disease... it is a shame.... She is just beautiful and my love goes out to her.

  • Beautifully done, what is her condition now? No one should have to suffer like this.

  • thank you, she currently is still having seizures, she is unable to walk, talk, eat or do anything with her hands. But she has been receiving a lot of support and is now on the road to recovery.

  • Great film David - our thoughts are always with you Love from all of us in Ireland
