In theory, there should be a way to do Awash in two pieces, in the same way as in 3, but you only have the horizontal rod resting perfectly on one rod.

I've seen a contraption that only uses 1 brown rod and a blue ball on Handling, it's faster, green and IMO better. Has anybody seen it/is anybody able to link it? The technique is that the red square and the brown rod drops on the blue ball, which makes it move to the right, and the rod bounces a bit and when it falls again in makes the ball bounce to the goal. It's hard to explain, but please try to find it :D

I know what one you mean i think!!!!! :D I have seen one with one brown rod and TWO blue balls. I will try and look for it...

@Jamiebanszky Nope, you put the blue ball under and a little bit left of the red square, and the brown rod above (you make it horizontal so that it covers the whole width), so that when the rods falls it propulses the square on the ball into the goal. i jus connect the pink circl to a yellow circle with a rod on" up the stairs" so thats uses 2(wood, yellow circle) pieces whereas the one in the vid uses 3. (wood, water, yellow circle.)so that shouldnt be on the vid

Collaborations are not normally teams working together.  Someone comes up with a killer design, and then someone else improves upon it. These are the names recognized by the FC forum for the first to develop these designs.

You go too fast in the video. Maybe add titles between each new scene (like a 2-3 second title that just has the name of the level and the number of pieces). It's annoying to try to read along the description to get the number of pieces and miss the entire level and part of the next one.

1-water-rod-version for Reach Up and On a Roll, Brown Champ for Full-up, Champ for Up the Stairs and Chunkatuff's awesome handling design.

I've been considering doing a "best of brown" & "best of water" compilations.  Hmmm...

Not necessarily...they just solve the same level(s) with the same piece count(s), but with better choice(s) of pieces. Like this:

If lowest score is best, than points are:

CW and CCW Wheels>Unpowered>Wood>Water

Additionally, the current full-up design is Clean, whereas the Brown Champ design earns...Brown Champ badges, so that should be included.

Not that I'm discriminating against yours and caribou99's neat Up the Stairs mace...I use it every time I speed run!

It's just too hard,...BUT

I used the same basic idea, and used the upper right part of the box, a motor, then 4 water rods (1 for each motor connector) and it was overall faster. :0
