My opinions:

1. Tamers. Most well developed characters, great plot, great music, awesome.

2/3 (tie). Savers and Adventure. Depends on my mood.

4. Xros Wars. Not the best, but a lot of fun.

5. 02. LAME. New characters sucked; the old ones were pathetic, plot was boring.

6. Frontier. Horrid characters, too kiddy, bad plot, missed the point of Digimon.

When I watched this season a few years ago it was like living my childhood again, it left in the forgotten corner that sucky Digimon Frontier 4th season.

Great music, new digimon, a really good storyline, the royal knights, banchou leomon... so many good things and I was also surprised to watch the quality in their 3d models in this season, they look quite good.

This could easily be my favorite evolution theme, but my favorite season is still between the first and third.

I do agree that some animes are more mature than some people give them credit, but I still think its a little wierd if your a rabid follower of one of them. I think people who are obssessed with anything are wierd. On a different note I do agree that they need to change it up a little bit from series to series, but it does seem like they revamp almost everything. I also think some of the designs are getting too complicated. Either make one of each digimon or make them look more realistic.

Why do they have to come up with 10 new ways to digivolve every series. Its getting a little annoying. They also need to stop using greymon for the lead characters digimon. Come up with something new. Animes typically get worse when they are censored for American television. The Japanese versions are usually better, even though not always much better.

10 New Ways? Don't think so. But different worlds have different rules. DigiSoul is pretty similar to the crest Evolution in Adventure. Emotions often play a factor in new Evos Anyway.

Regarding the use of Greymon, I agree , although they used less Greymon-named Digimon in the Original, due to the Dub chaning Vritramon to BurningGreymon ( Crappy name BTW! )

Japanese Digimon is however much better than Dub Digimon.

To make a correction, digimon was always childish, I just didn't mind because I was a kid and it was similar to pokemon which I also loved. Now that I'm seventeen, its kind of embarrasing to watch even when I'm by myself. Its just a kids show and really I just don't find it that entertaining any more. I'll still watch it sometimes just for nostalgic reasons. Even then though I'll make sure nobody is around to catch me watching it.

Having Digimon of the same species differ in size is nothing new. They pretty much have that since Digimon World 1 ( which predates Digimon Adventure ). Just look at the recruitable Seadramon and Whamon there. They are much bigger than the partners.

Digimon sizes are indeed depending on different factors, inlcuding the environment.
