@datzoujewel the L is because when your 16 in the UK you can only have a provisional license so you have to have a L plate showing that you are a learner not a full license rider

Actually, it's better to have this kind of bike, atleast in Norway.

Here they are restricted to 45 km/h, and many modify them to make them go faster (wich is illegal)

By having a moped wich looks like a 600cc, police won't notice anything strange when you're driving down the road doing 80 km/h :)

@CORNABY242 there is one over the reed block to the carb, also there is one straight away from the down pipe, those are the 2 main ones. however you can also get it re jetted at the dealership and that will boost performance
