  • my guess is 1 front squats are more easy for some because it easily transitions from a clean

    2 the reps decrease because rest is supposed to be short and my guess is your going to be very tired

    why do many crossfit ivdeos endorse front squats as opposed to traditional ones?

    2 also why do they advocate for workouts that decrease in intensity?
