i'm really not on a diet at the moment, but if your trying to cut i would try carb cycling just have carbs before and after you workout and on days you don't train try to cut down on carbs as much as possible and make sure your getting enough protein, i eat like six meals a day and there's usually at least 25-40grams of protein in each meal
@horeli1 I've seen a lot of progress as far as strength in calf's but the size isn't coming with it i just started doing raises on the leg press machine hopefully that will help out but if u have any tips it would be much appreciated

I asked you about the leg workouts before but i see minimal change in my body
i think i built the muscle it's just the fat that's covering it
