I'm pretty the song name is a reference to the movie "Dumb and Dumber" where one of the main characters drives an "'84 Sheepdog."

Zack- This song is basically about being brainwashed and set in your beliefs by the influence of your parents/others. It's basically an outcry to the all to common happening where people/children usually, believe in something simply because they are supposed to or because they parents do, but they never ask why they believe it, or if they really do.

@xstoph dude exellent! i also see some in the first verse where he seems to be talking about people in the church who do everything"right" and do all these good works and come to church every time the doors are open. but on the inside they "wolves underneath" causeing much harm to people, via rumors ect. not really doing what god god set the church up for. which is more or less a support group for going through the trials he puts us through. Im not saying your wrong :) just somthing I see
