  • Nice moves and thanks for giving my imagination more of a workout than some attractive women do.

  • I just had my first pole dancing lesson and I gotta give props where they due, I could not get my legs to be unafraid of getting up off the floor. Lol. I was the only one in the class unable to do the most basic of moves. I'm going back though, my arms, legs and stomach muscles are soooo sore. I got a great workout and had fun! Dont suppose anyone knows how to reduce the bruises???? I have very nasty ones

  • cute

  • in russian pls talk

  • Sooo fricken kool. Shes got strength!!!

  • uh a little enlightenment..... pole dancing is for everyone interested.. its their own choice what to use it for... its a good body work out for those who gets bored with traditional weigh loss/ toning exercises. and for those uh engaged in erotic entertainment of some sort.. its a big help for their careers... Here in Phils. we have a famous cosmetic doctor who regularly does this to keep toned and she has her own pole in their home....

  • pole dancing is a fun sport and she's teaching it not stripping for pervs

  • She can dance on my pole any time.. :)

  • wtf! she make it so simple i try and i broke my arm! btw shes pretty

  • @carlosexys how the hell di du even hurt your arm lol XD alright no laughs. but still .. :P

u probably put too much pressure onto the pole, holding like nuts. take 1 advice from me please.. floor is farthest u can go :)

  • @PluGGerica hehe lol wasnt with this move was with inverted V and was wrist

  • Haha she only has a pole window and a shade

  • The funny story about poledancing is that it is truly an art, but it is originaly a proffesion for women in order for them to earn money.

We men don't give a rats ass about how this is preformed.. We just pay to see some skin. History class over. Keep up the good work!

  • for all the people who like to leave random obcence comment about nothing. i make fun of you now.

omg shes so fucking hot what a wad id throw at her face if i was an inappropiate man with a raging wiener lol id shash my nuts against her face.

SEE DO YOU SEE HOW VULGAR AND RETARTED YOU MAKE ALL MEN SOUND. STOP ACTING LIKE PIGS

  • considering she is demonstrating an alignment pattern that will cause damage and injury to the pole dancer....I am very concerned that this is considered a learning tool! If people wish to educate.....please continue educating yourself to be on top of the medical findings of the industy!

  • MUCHAS FELICITOACIONES . DESDE ARGENTINA ! ME ENCANTARIA PRENDER A HACER ESO . EXITOS PARA TU VIDA !!

  • dammm hot hot hot

  • Neat stuff. I'm always amazed at how much body strength pole dancers have.

  • @esotericdrood thats not true 4 everyone i use these videos to learn how to use the pole cause its alot of fun

  • I am the instructor in this video. I have been teaching pole fitness now for 7 years. I currently teach in Boston at Boston Pole Fitness on Landsdowne Street out of Golds Gym. If you like my style of instruction and you live in the Boston Metro area check out our web site for scheduling and classes

  • @boatonhana get over yourself. just becuz you dance on a pole doesnt make every one a stripper. its a good workout and it is very empowering. you don't know her personally so who's to say she is a stripper. pole dancing is dance in its own art...besides who are you to judge a person by what they do with their lives? "iTzShadow773" is right if you have a prob with these vids don't watch them. what did u do search pole dancing just so you can lecture people on its evils? lmao

  • Hard metal cylindric pole raider, LOL

  • Hola, Yo estoy del otro lado del mundo, en merida yucatan y simplemente me facinó, es usted muy profesional, tiene un estilo único y muy femenino,

  • your vids are fantastic! and to clarify for everyone else, being a stripper does NOT mean having sex with people for money..that is NOT what stripping is about.. its a job that pays good money.. all those HATERS out there are just jealous and probably just fat ugly fucks who feel shit about themselves and take it out on others..

    you go girl!

    x

  • @ boantonhana There is nothing wrong with stripping and even prostitution. Sure, you're showing off your body. But that doesn't make it degrading. It shows you have the confidence, and the body to do it. People, yes, girls do it to, pay to see your body. They PAY to see it, making your body worth paying for. Same with prostitution. People have sex, people imagine having sex with other people, it happens. What's it matter when money is involved and love taken out of it?

  • @ChaosandFreedom By stripping and what not, you're basically giving a man to have a reason to keep a woman down. And if they ain't learning by fucking bitches all the time. I am a woman and I was not put down on this earth to entertain a man. I was created in this world to try my best and go through life. Not to suck some random guys dick. And for crying out loud, god had the process called "sex" to have kids. Not to fuck with others for money. And if i wana waste my life i'd live in a dumpster

  • @boatonhana She chose to learn how to do this, and if you dont like the video's. DONT WATCH THEM. its as easy as that. I'm sorry your a victim of rape, no one deserves that. But this woman who makes these is being strong in her own way. Everyone who watches these vids contributes to her and she makes money from this. Don't hate on men just cuz some ruin the image of us.

  • @iTzShadow773 I know it is her decision. But what does that say about me? Basically tells a guy he can pick up any girl and do what ever. I'm not here to fuck men, I'm here to have a life.

  • @boatonhana thumbs up to hating men, but I don not agree pornography causes rape. If that was so, watching rambo makes people kill people.

  • I think that she is embracing her femininity and finding strength in something that she already possesses. Do you support your gender or do you try to be something different? Do you think that the only strength is male strength? Fucking work it. No man could look so beautiful on a silver pole. Sorry if you find that slutty.

On the other hand, exercising for pole dancing can also make you stronger to ward off sick-fuck rapists. Modest work is what makes you weak and easy to control for them.

  • Stay confident in yourself and don't reap yourself or other woman of their sexuality; otherwise, you're just playing right into the hand's of the man who broke you and raped you.

    *end speech* =___=

  • Trying to learn this move!!!

  • i have a question ok i've never danced on an actual professional pole but do they spin wen u use them cuz it kinda looks like it but idk

  • @chely452 lol i know same with me.And yeah it does kind of look like it. :P

  • @chely452 sometimes the poles do spin but this doesnt look like it does

  • @chely452 I don't know what kind of pole she's using. I've never seen or been on a spinning pole :/ Maybe you pay for it.

  • I find your vids very helpful but can you make the writing smaller so I can see you? Thanks! Very lovely!

  • I think the video I added will show some good stationary moves too. Comment pleez :) I could def use some constructive criticism :)

  • nothing like some whore pole.

  • great !! I'm still trying to learn the v-spin :) I just learn that some poles have a pegg in it to make it turn, no wonder some girls look good spining with the help of the pegg LoL

  • wow expertvillage!

  • I just started pole dancing a few weeks ago, and this is my next move! I can do it stationary already.. Im so ready for the open V swing! Thanks for the video!

  • you're beautiful

  • @quarvis hahahaha

  • you look like a queen b1tch :D

  • im inlove with a strippeeeeeer

  • @TheJustice4u damn...Lol!

  • Hey MalteaserMilly Yes I have had mine on both. Works out fine. So are you wanting to learn to pole dance or do you just want to improve what you have already learned?

  • Hi Bluesugarfly I got the Carmen Electra one but if I would have done a little more investigating on which poles to get I think I would have gotten the one that everyone is always talking about the Xpole. The Carmen pole is ok to learn on however if you watch any of the videos on it, they don't show you the bottom of the pole which does not extend all the way to the floor. The pole is like all the other ones except for the bottom of it...about 6 inches of it is hard plastic and not smooth.

  • I have the exact same shorts.

  • may i ask, what kind of pole u have there? i would love one just like that with the adjustments at the bottom, problem is.. i dont know if i can handle standard diameter of the pole? but i might? i'd prefer the cheapest price for a good pole, so if you could help me shop? it would be veryyyy nice...

  • I just just got my pole yesterday and have been practicing. She is teaching me a lot. Thank God for youtube videos other wise I would have been lost. Oh and not to mention this is awesome exercise.....my arms and abs are killing me tonight.

  • what pole did u get? im thinkin of getting one too, all theses tips are really good!

  • @chell9973 what model pole did you get?

  • Hi I bought the Carmen Electra pole. It holds up great but if I had to do it again I prob would have invested in a different one, the xpole. The Electra pole works just fine but the bottom 8 inches of the pole is not smooth to the ground. This is where you tighten the pole so it doesn't move and makes moves that require you to go all the way to the floor difficult. I have gotten many scapes and bruises cuz of this. It is still though an excellent pole just awkward at the bottom.

  • @chell9973 thank you :) can you not put the pole the other way round? or does that bit have to be on the floor? an x pole is too expensive for me but then I dont want a peekaboo pole as they have been know to fall during moves....

  • Comment removed

  • @chell9973 also can it be put up on carpet ? or does it have to be a smooth hard floor? thanks again :)

  • DAMN

  • omg are you serious lol

  • um....my wife needs one of these pole thingys

  • @MrMadmike77

It sucks that you said that. I wish i knew why you have so many thumbs up. You should accept your wife as she is. That's why there are so many confused women in the world trying to change themselves only to please men. Not fair at all.

Pole dancing or excersizing like any other activity is for those who actually have the determination to get through all the stages these imply, not to be pleasing anyone's sight. Ugh.

  • i FALL IN LOVE

  • guyz!! i live in kuwait,, how can i get a good pole?

  • the heels aren't really necessary, but it's a nice touch. lol

  • Some use heels to feel more sexy, gain more height in general or so they don't have the pressure on there actually foot with other moves. I'm usually bare foot because I feel safer that way. It does give a nice touch though. I always feel more graceful without shoes

  • I put 'actually' instead of 'actual' I need coffee I think :(

  • Hi wendy how are you ?

  • she looks so nice when she spins

  • xpoles are the best and they are portable as well. It is very stable and well recommended!

  • are you a pole danccer?

  • I find using a pole that "spins" for you isn't as fun as learning to control ur spins yourself

  • I have a pussycat pole and it's is stable, strong and beautiful! They fully customized everything from length to diameter. I love it!

  • your hot!!!!! =P

  • that looks like a thick pole, do they come in thinner varieties for girls with smaller hands?

  • Comment removed

  • yes you have to get them made it costs alot more but its worth it lol

  • Poles come standard in 50mm diameter but you can also get them in 45mm diameter for smaller hands. Better to learn on a thicker pole though as it's easier then to switch between the two sizes.

  • your awesome!

  • Im getting my first pole and wondering if it matters what kind it is, im getting a portable one from "spencers" I just want to make sure it dosnt fall or try to kill me. thanks to anyone who replys

  • I don't at all recommend the spencers pole. It doesn't actually attach to your ceiling or floor, so the only thing it is good for is dancing around and maybe leaning on a bit. If you want to start pole dancing for real and need to rely on the pole to hold your weight, invest in a permanent pole. Some companies will install them for you. Hope this helps!

  • get an x-pole look it up on here everyone has one...i want one!

  • They have those "peek-a-boo" poles...which are not meant to hold body weight. I bought one from them and it was a different brand...which WAS meant to hold body weight. But I have to warn you...the bottom of the pole has a "slip-resistant" bottom, which isn't really slip-resistant. My pole slips out a lot and I constantly have to put it back in place. It can be dangerous. On the other hand, my pole is on a tile floor. If you have it on carpet it would probably be a lot safer.

  • I have a peek-a-boo pole and it works pretty well on carpet. BUT when i do moves with momentum it does slip occasionally. I wouldnt reccomend it for anything upside down. LOL !!!

  • i got the electra pole and it works great. It doesnt slip...even when i am upside down...it was built for body weight but not for a whole lot of body weight

  • the only complaint is the camera man is much to close,he needs to back up just a little so you can get a better idea of the exact breakdown of the movements

  • >:( pole dancing is NOT sleazy! I do it - and its a great workout and tones up your stomach, arms and legs. Not easy though!

  • it's an art form if you can master a lot of these moves, pole dancing doesn't need to be raunchy or vulgar. you'd be surprised with your strength once you get up there and really start moving and getting comfortable with your body

  • its just when you go to a strip club you can review how good they can really pole dance :)

  • why is this on my recommended videos list

    i learned alot though....

  • lol, i know..... but I don't need to learn any of this...

  • i think it's ironic how most youtube members thumbs down the comments that say this stripper instructor is hot, but all the advertisements around these videos are all about buying "stripper poles"

Don't try to fool us ;) this is stripper 101 and you know it.

  • @EsotericDr00d she is a pole dancer, not a stripper...only idiots dont know the difference...

  • @EsotericDr00d - seems like you can't tell the difference between dancing and stripping.

  • oh my god this is flashdance

  • Man i wish she would instruct me on how to marry a girl like her.

  • Excellent demonstration. I am sure anyone who does NOT know how to do this move on a pole would also not appreciate the mastery you have of it and what good shape you have to be in to make this look so effortless. Thank you for empowering women with these demonstrations. You are an outstanding teacher. Well done!

  • Empowering women with a stripper pole training? lol wow.

  • If you visit Soul Sister in Nanaimo you will find a whole bunch of empowered Canadian women. If you are a man I don't expect you to get it. If you are a woman let your sexy self come out and play and then come back and comment. Your comment will then have some teeth.

  • lol at 1:03 "If you feel... euhhinclined to do so."

  • i just started taking pole dancing classes and i love it! Its actually a great workout for your body.

  • Thats awesome, i really wanna learn poledancing it looks like so much fun and it's so god damn good for your body. Woot

  • thats easy, i can so do that.

  • In order to successfully complete this move, don't you have to push with your bottom hand and pull with your top?

  • yes

  • Does your hands hurt when you spin around the pole? It seems like that it would hurt.

  • my hands hurt when im watching this video

  • LMAO thats great!

  • Depends. Only if your skin pulls on it too much and only if you're not used to that. I mean You could very well slide around it I guess.

  • How you workout does not define who you are.

Just like how your job does not define who you are.

  • i know like 2 tricks.

me and my fren wanna learn how cause it does keep yu in shape and it is fun. but alot of ppl are like. ew slut. when we rly arent.

  • You should really do it, don't let what ppl think affect you. I am going to learn this too when I am old enough.

  • Vivacelife, your profile says that you are 22. Are you not?

  • Obviously you do since you responded to a comment made a month ago.

  • i wanna learn how to pole dance, but my friends would be like wtf, and some people would probably call me a slut.

  • dont worry about what others think. i did at first but alot of ppl actually think its cool. an its a wondeful workout

  • This move never fails to hurt my wrists. :(

  • great job

  • now, put all these together with a little music and you got it made.. lol, so would i.. ;)

  • WOW ur really good!

    It look so difficult!

Id love 2 learn how2 pole dance!

  • WOW!!!!

  • holy fuck she is HOT

  • I think its a really good idea, I've always thought that exotic dancing would be a lot harder than it looks. And I've always wanted to know how they do it, not for my own personal use but just out of interest.

  • i lov her

  • how do you develop your grip? was it an issue in the beginning?

  • In my experience so far, you start with the simple easy moves and get used to the grip. Make sure your hands are clean & dry. As you get used to holding yourself up you become braver and try more difficult moves. It's been coming along slowly for me. But I have NO upper body strength and I've put on a little weight...

  • "mmm inclined to do so" hehehe

  • fuck yes she is.... isn't she awesome?!?!?!?

  • lol... u r funny sk8in72
