THIS IS WHY...I LOVE..AND ALWAYS WILL THE FENDER TELECASTER!! i have an american standard strat that pumps out anything you want it, from smooth blues to hard riffs like that one. the sound that you can make with a tele is what you make of it, they are, and will always be, the american electric guitar.

Apparently it is because Page's girlfriend at the time took offence to it, but I'm not sure about that.

He has stated in interviews though that they didn't like performing it.

(Although Robert Plant did use it in one of his tours).
