It's similar to belly dance where the moves are always the same but people say it's too "sexy" for persons of a certain age to do. But IMO , it depends on how much knowledge of dance you have. The basic person does think like you do. For you, only adults should salsa dance or belly dance or maybe even indian dance as these dances incorporate hip movement and chest rotating.
