This is how power laterals should be done as you go a little too far down. This takes the stress off of the muscle . There is too much upper back being used in your power laterals, this is why it looks a little like an upright row / rear delt raise.
if your going to do it like that wear a belt, you will smash your spine one day...oh and you wouldn't fool anyone like this, it's an upright row your doing or a bent over row.
it doesnt need to be like that, he have good genetics. knowledge dont give much, healthy food and good gens with stimulans to the muscles gives a great body.
