  • i think kafka is better than vick. i remember seeing him once this season, against the falcons and thinking man, this guy is a real QB. stays in the pocket, has good judgement and doesnt make stupid mistakes like vick

  • He played like that against the falcons tonight. He's a great quarter back and he reads defenses man and zone coverage and is great against the blits and can run when he has to. He is just wasted talent if he sits on the bench for the rest of his career.

  • Mike kafka might get some snaps when this srason begins. Kolb might get traded in free agency.

  • Im glad hes an eagle !!

  • he doesn't have a strong arm but has good accuracy

  • he doesn't have a strong arm

  • mike kafka is just amazing he will be 5 times better then any qb in nfl history

  • @uaking21 : a lil exageration buddy?

  • i just found out his uncle work at a store very close to my house in Chicago.

  • i underestimated him he looks ready for the NFL and i hope he gets some snaps this year on my favorite team

  • Hes my cousins boyfriend

  • Yea imma Eagles fan but Kaftka skill set is a lot like Tony Romos

  • He is ready !!!

  • I'll certainly be excited to see him in preseason. That game-winning drive was so exciting to watch.

  • Agrees with "Faulconer11" his style of play is almost similar

  • eagles finally get a qb that isnt an idiot

  • @blakejazz93 lol, mcnabb

  • this guy is the young tony romo

  • I honestly knew nothing about this guy, but i love his pocket presence and ability to throw on the move. Good possibility he's the #2 next year.

    E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES !!!!

  • Lefevour doesn't have a strong arm, and isn't that accurate, I think he is an athlete and great College Quarterback, don't know if he has NFL potential. His arm and speed never made me go Wow. I'm not hating on the guy just my opinion.

  • @DaBears8578 many birds fans wanted lefevour, but I like kafka.

  • I can not wait for Kolb to face plant and Vick to take over. Kafka will get his chance in a couple years when Eagles coaches have moulded him like they did with Kolb but this time I think they drafted a decent QB Im a LeFevour fan myself I think he was the most underrated QB in the draft but Kafka looks good from what I can see lets hope Reid wakes up and dumps Kolb

  • @floflwaffle FUCK YOU for hating on kolb, just for that

    kolbs 2010 stats: 3,500 yards, 19 td's!

  • @writertrump LOL in his dreams maybe, on the field is gonna be a different story my guess is that Kolb loses the first 4 of the season and in the fifth game Vick takes over and dominates

  • @floflwaffle so you're thinking a 3 year vet is going to play that badly, MORON.

  • @writertrump A vet? Your the moron if you think a player who's been on the bench for 3 years is called a vet and yes, I do think he'll play that badly, if I didnt then I wouldnt have written it would I? Kolb is shit he throws that many INTs he might as well play for the other team.

  • @floflwaffle fuck you asshole, the dude throws for 600+ yards and 6 td's in two starts, wins one of those games, and knows the WCO! and you wish him to fail!

    FUCK YOU

  • @writertrump LMFA @ WANNA B VET

  • @floflwaffle: Boy were u almost right. Instead of the 4th game it was more like the 4th drive. 1 and done! What a raw deal lol.

  • @floflwaffle haha nice call, except vick took over from the 1st game

  • @writertrump an 95 INT lol

  • @floflwaffle What grounds do you have to say Kolb isn't good? I'd really like to know.

  • Fantastic pocket prescence. A couple years as a pro and he'll be a beast.

  • make that 2011, kolb got 12.5M to stick around :)

  • I didn't know who he was until I saw a little film during the draft, this guy can play. Some might say im crazy, but I think he is better then Sam Bradford, and all the other QB's out there. Very underrated, this is coming from a cowboys fan. Eagles great pickup.

  • @DaBears8578 thanks :)

  • Kevin Kolb if you mess up...Mike Kafka will replace you and your career as an Eagle is Done!!

  • @mac344 I have faith in kolb

  • Impressed. Great underrated quality this kid has is he works well under pressure!

  • So this guy CAN run the two minute drill ... good pick think he'll be a good backup; who knows down the road ... bye Vick~!

  • I like what i see soo far lets see if he can do good as a eagle

  • he will be a good eagle some day

  • @bcmoten if kolb fails to do his job in 2010, he will be replaced, most likey by kafka, because kolb still only has one year left on his contract, i'm thinking the eagles need him to prove himself to earn another contract, i'm impressed with kolb, but kafka is looking pretty good himself

  • He makes quick decisions, throws an accurate, catchable ball with a lot of zip on it

  • @TheMikeyG13 you know what shocks me is how many scouts said kafka cant drive the ball, cant move, cant this, cant that

FUCK THEM, kafka looks great and very promising :)

  • @TheMikeyG13 how the hell did he fall to the 5th, 6th round!?

  • That was actually very impressive...

  • he'll have a bright future

  • still like kolb i guess a ok bck up

  • 0:22 late hit?!?!?!

  • Comment removed

  • dont trust you kafka...

  • Wow, that was impresseive!

  • Anyone saying he's better than Kolb when you've hardly seen Kolb, and never seen Kafka play an NFL down is not really an Eagles fan. Just stop embarassing the real fans with your stupidity.

  • He's going to be way better thank Kolb, and he does remind me of McNabb a little.=)

  • thank you god i thought philly would never get a good quarterback

  • impressed....

  • Wow talk about clutch in which we need from a QB in Philly. I feel confident in having this guy as Kolb back up. Andy will make this guy good since he loves QB's to groom.

  • This kids good. I remember watching him play and hoping the eagles go for him, and they actually did! i dont think kolb is going to be good

  • That's a good pick up for my eagles when we drafted him I wasn't sure but just seein this highlight I am confident in him

  • @Eagles4life1357 Reminds me of D Nabb to be honest, but better :)

  • WELCOME TO PHILLY!!!

  • ive been a Northwesternfan all my life and Mike was quite possibly one of the best players in Northwestern history. He probably wont get drafted till 5th or 6th round but i just hope he succeeds

  • This kid is gonna be a sleeper in the draft

  • damn i hope tha raiders draft him this dude iz raw

  • Raiders worked him out

  • are you serious tjp623 just another stupid football fan you don't waste a pick even late, on a QB that you don't need you have Tom Brady 2nd best QB in the NFL plus he could do good on all those teams you mentioned

  • @tigertank751 its not a waste. its investing for the future. tom brady could tear his ACL again and be done for the season. nothing is guaranteed.

  • he is someone who is going in the pros for sure

  • Mike Kafka is awesome!!!!

  • This kid looks good! Late 4th, probably 5th or 6th. Pats should try and tag him. I'd like to see him start in 2010, and I believe he could (Browns, Panthers, Rams, Bills), but he probably won't. Hate to talent like this go to waste.

  • This kid looks good. Should go late 4th, probably 5th or 6th though.

  • Browns. Draft Kafka mid second round... or float a pick and take him early 3rd.

I believe he is that good.

  • 2nd!?!?!? are you crazy?

  • Haha!

Maybe, I am a little bit.

OK, I digress.... but 3rd round is not out of the question. I know he may drop to 5th round.

  • ole charlie frye was a senior bowl standout, didn't work out well for the brownies

  • True.

But Frye was on his back more than John Edwards' videographer.

    But point well taken.

  • i wish too that he could of won the bowl game.....what team does now bacher play?

  • He plays for a UFL team called the New York Sentinels.

  • Lat thing I heard, he's on the practice squad with the Bears.

  • That's actually Basanez, but I understand the confusion. I think Peterman is on there too.

  • No surprise that Kafka could run the 2-minute offense. He did it all year.

  • Kafka showd that he can play at the NFL level. he should be a very good backup.

  • This game was huge for Kafka. He showed off his arm strength, vision, and play making capabilities. He is surely underrated, but still doesn't match up with the top QB's in the draft. He also has a huge advantage by fitting the NFL Quarterback physical descriptions. I believe Kafka is gonna be a piece of work, but I also believe if he ends up with the right team or coaching system he could be a huge weapon. What he could use now is a good showing at the combine to raise some more eyebrows.

  • Kafka will do just fine in the NFL.

  • I like Kafka and all, I just don't see him making a splash in the NFL. I'll be watching the Draft to see where Mike ends up, best of luck to him.

  • how important was this to kafka? oh yeah amzingly
