  • Hahahah! Where to economists fall in the spectrum of academic echelons? It is a pretty math heavy disciplin.

  • @BCPodcast Dicey question! Because on one hand you have the economists, who, while use math, are not in and of themselves great mathematicians. And on the other end of the spectrum you have mathematicians who win The Nobel Prize under the "economics" category because a mathematician ran off with Alfred Nobel's wife, therefore there is no "mathematics" category...

I'm not touching that one with a 10 ft pole. hahaha!

  • Deep video Faust, sad that soulmates only last for a short while as death intervenes in all cases. Faster than light travel in a vacuum you surmise? Persons should question all reports they see in the media about faster than light particles, scientists lie and make mistakes. Brian Greene is highly skeptical about this as am I. As for soulmates see the following video. watch?v=PKY-smJ6aBQ

It is always gratifying to see people who are happy they have found soulmates without divorce. Bless pets.

  • @spacetimewarp Thank you. I couldn't agree more. Far too often people don't challenge science and I am afraid popularized science even less. A while ago NASA announced a completely new strain of bacteria and very few people batted an eye. Now that claim in Europe.

However, the formula is actually a double edged sword when it comes to FTL in this case. Because, it is actually built upon an old Einstein formula △x△p>or=ħ/2

So in this case it works but it has its detractors - as well it should.

  • @spacetimewarp And thanks for the vid too! =)

  • Dammit!

Now, not only is my soulmate one in approximately 6,775,235,700...

they may not even be in this solar system!

So much for learning German. Now I have to learn Glib/glub/blurp!

    Yeah . . . I'm dying alone...

  • @kingdomofchrissmith

Well if she is, then you're already together. It only appears she is going to Japan to work. ;)

  • @kingdomofchrissmith Or just google "Forever Alone" and click on the know your meme result.

  • What of multiple soulmates? Could there be multiple others that collective unify to become a contingent soulmate since time or space is somewhat irrelevant?

  • @StylinKaos Well so far the other object has only been done with two. Yes, under this theorem it would be irrelevant because the "others" would be unified as they are traveling FTL (Faster than light) or rather transmitting information faster than the speed of light, hence the causality (and verily spacetime) becomes unimportant.

  • You heard the shock discovery of particles surpassing the speed of light the other day in Europe?

Also, This is all very well but I don't really believe soul mates so much of an ultimatum that people so often romanticise about.

For me, if they had the same answers for everything, that would imply they are similar in personality as me, another INTP. And I'm pretty certain I clash harshly with other INTP's. That, and boredom. Difference is an important key in such relationships, I find.

  • @ABombs1 Hi Abombs! Yep I heard. It's actually common because you can account the Earth's velocity for a minor deviation in speed. For example the moon can be said to move faster than the speed of light because t0. In other words, two objects can move towards each other faster than the speed of light's constant given you figure for velocity.

  • @TheFaustianMan I thought you were going to hurt my feelings with Tachyons for a moment there

  • @ABombs1 hahaha! You rock! that made me lol. Good one!

  • @ABombs1 Say I have you a phone, and told you to think of 33 things - they could be what ever you want them to be. You could even shut your eyes. Then a person on the other end said them at the precise moment you thought of them. What say you then? ;) Might be a tad outside the realm of MBTI. In fact it would happen so fast, it would threaten to break down causality. Freaky!

And, I agree difference is very important in relationships as well. Thanks for the comment.

  • Beautiful video on a beautiful topic! It really brings into mind the most important question of life (well, I think it is):what other meaning does life have if we do not find our soulmate and love? To me,it would be null without love, even if someone was to make a great invention or scientific discovery, & of course, even if someone becomes the richest person on earth. But unfortunately, that mathematical equation you posted in this video is too advanced for me...maybe one day I'll figure it out.

  • @EmeraldxFairy Thank you Emerald! I am glad you enjoyed it. My personal belief is love with your soulmate is the highest calling of existence. Although, if others have different priorities, that's fine as well. But, as Queen said, "Who wants to live forever?" ;)

The theorem puts forth the idea of saying that despite great distances the existence is the same, and is not ordained by a "fate" "destiny" or "deterministic" look but by the individual choice of the person. Quite an eloquent equation.
