Who is the nitwit that says "WHY ARE YOU BEATING THAT PERSON?"? I don't see anyone beating anyone. I hear a woman screaming loudly and the police telling her calmly and professionally and calmly that she is under arrest and to calm down. The knucklehead making the video should butt out! The police officers were patient and did a good job here! what a jackass the videotaper was!!!
if a person does not want to be recorded it is there right to say so. btw the women plead gulity for resting arrest. shockingly.... this person in video jump to colusions not saying police can';t be bad. but don't scream like a fool.
Wang was originally charged after police alleged she blew her car horn and screamed at another vehicle she was passing on Middle Road. When police pulled her over, they said she refused to give her license and registration and struggled with officers.

@larvalalaland002 omg lol you people do exist the ignorant republican ass holes that refuse to believe that the government or law enforcment cant actually do things the wrong way. and im sorry but if i say a police officer just beating on some person on the side of the road i am going to ask a few questions not just look the other way. in short dont be an ignorant fuck you should actully care about whats going on in the world dick.
Behave and you'll never meet a cop. That's bull and we both know it...i work for a living as a DJ. Every night i come home at 1-1:30. When i was working during the day...I'd get stopped 1 time a year. Since starting this job....I get stopped at least 20 times a year. Sometimes I'm followed from my place of employment until i have gone over the double solid. The point is...is that some incidents are not necessary. This could have been handle by explanation....not shouting and arrest.
I believe all can agree, when several folks come at you, your natural instinct is to protect yourself, and this can lead to "disorderly conduct" and "resisting arrest" charges. I do not believe we should be punished for our natural instinctual reactions.
I also believe that PO's should be REQUIRED to learn proper self-defense disciplines in order to help prevent the negative reactions that swarming someone with multiple officers can bring.
I love justice, but I honestly feel that the majority of PO's are under trained in self-defense. It should never take several PO's to restrain a small petite woman. I believe this intimidates most people, and puts the offender "in a corner" and makes them react in a resistant manner.
This is an example of dichotomy with LEOs. Many arrests are of violent dangerous criminals & officers are trained to deal with said type of incidents. However, when a woman who becomes hysterial, obviously not a hardened criminal, deals with a "fight or flight" syndrome because she does not understand what is happening, officers fall back on their training with the "violent dangerous" criminals. This is what keeps them alive, as a desperate person will do desperate things.
Change the title to "Hysterical illegal immigrant resists police". Which is just as accurate if you are willing to jump to conclusions based on biases.
I myself have beat the Portsmouth PD in court on some trumped up "disprderly conduct"charges and let me tell all of you IF MORE PEOPLE LEARNED THE CONSTITUTION the citizens would not let the nazi PPD(not all but a majoority) continue on with their bullying, their completely illegal and unconstutional DWI checkpoints, and their overuse of their "non lethal" tazer toys!!!!!
I hate cops, i live around the seacoast area, alot of the time these cops have nothing to do. They are too hungry for some action, the littlest thing happens they go ballistic. these cops will stop at nothing to screw some people over, even goin as far as lying in theyre reports. had it happen to me and seen it happen to others. way too many cops on duty and not enough real crime, so then its harassment. anytime I go out and dont see 10,000 ravenous cops is a good day
This is something I see all the time and the police get nothing thrown in their favor. First of all I heard on the video the officer say stop fighting us. Now I you guys weren't so busy trying bad mouth the police. You would of heard that. This means she was resisting arrest. If the person had any common F&*(king sense they would of stopped and listen. Everybody has rights but nobody uses their common sense. One simple thing STOP when an officer tells you!!!!
The cop is simply aware that the perennially indignant in this world would take a video like this, post it on YouTube out of context, and give it an inflammatory name as the one given here.
The police are always accountable to the public. They are under no legal obligation to explain their actions to bystanders during an arrest.
You're right of course that he is under no legal obligation to explain their action-adventures to the grating bystander with a video camera and all that. I agree with all that you said. We're all under no obligation to say anything to a cop ever.
I was talking about his attitude, and his power trip bullshit about, "I'll talk to you without the camera, okay bye then!" I maintain that the officer is a snide asshole.
Hey, YourDJCoach, you have a very twisted idea of what police officers do. Being a police officer is not only a job description, it is a life style. You may have not sided with anyone on the issue, but you need to understand that being a police officer is very much different from being a dunkin' donuts employee. Sometimes when dealing with a person who is not cooperating you need to be assertive in this profession, for the safety of the officer(s), public and suspect...
I agree this job will throw you alot. i also don't think that anyone thought that criminals would be throwing flowers at them rather than bullets when they signed up to be an officer. People who claim it's a lifestyle are also the same people who have an us vs. them mentality. Yes you have to be assertive...but when...most of the officers I bump into are aggressive strait off. It's that aggressive nature that produces a poor result.
I am not saying that there isn't danger. What I'm saying is sometimes danger could've been avoided by being less aggressive. It is a job. I don't have to do everything an officer tells me. I have rights too. The officer is there to keep peace protect himself and the public, and ensure laws are abided by. If I am walking home or driving and an officer stops me and asks for my license I don't have to give it up. All i am required to give him is my name and DOB. Does that make me "not cooperative"?
My rights do not dissolve because someone has a badge. I have a right not to be bothered without cause. Ultimately who am i going to complain to? The police station where the guy works? The same captain or chief that hired him. I'm sure that will be insanely effective. The bottom line is that police work is a good ole boys network. If they don't want you in it, your not. People with a certain personality type are hired, and it's perpetuated because those same people decide who's next generation
if you do not treat this job as a lifestyle...you'll get killed. a police officer is a police officer whether or not they are in uniform or not, or on duty or not. I could not disagree more with you comment about the type of officers who feel that it is a lifestyle...obviously you lack competence ans knowledge base on the issue.
Maybe if you treat the job like it is supposed to be you won't be in harms way. Professionalism and drop the us vs them attitude and the rude assumptive behavior. Most cops were jocks in high school and have the same mentality. I'm better than the general public...you're not. Just look at Lt Hoysradt. Cocky SOB...thought he could get away with assault. MY OPINION IS...Keep this attitude and you'll end up on the front page or in jail too. You answer to the public and that is me and people like me
This really about a person with a camera who lacked the ability to grasp the situation at hand - an over excited woman refusing to cooperate, and officers working to keep her calm while they do their jobs. Camera guy was far too worked up about his beating theory to watch and listen to what was really going on. To make his role even more exciting and important, he starts telling the gathering crowd about his (unsubstantiated) claims. He's got it all on film....but there's really nothing to see.
The kid that took this is such a tool. I think its great that we have people that are making sure that are police are doing what they should and not breaking laws them selfs but, I also think its great that the police put there lives on the line for us. I dont know how they deal with people like the girl they are arresting and the jack ass thats taking this video every day. Also the dumb bitch thats calling the cops on the cops.
