they seem to have the resources, and determination to acquire weapons, boats, and manpower. maybe if these ambitions were put towards a more useful solution, their efforts would be far greater rewarded. This take no sh1t way of thinking will make civilians who become pirates think twice before they go off to capture an unarmed vessel to pillage and plunder it. But i guess making a functional government is everyone's problem right? Maybe Americans or Russians for that matter should just fix everyone's problems around the world.
