Chappelle has been doing stand-up for a few years now, after the calamity of the Chappelle Show; he's been selling out everywhere and making tons of money. Meanwhile, Brennan dreams of riding Chappelle's coattail again. It's obvious Chappelle does not need a Neil Brennan, but Neil Brennan needs a Chappelle. The comedy clubs probably introduce Brennan as the co-writer of the Chappelle Show, but take away that introduction and you will see/hear the true reality of Brennan's stand-up... boo!
Or the fact that he has a nation wide comedy about to release starring the biggest actor on Entourage Jeremy Piven called The Goods... His stand up may be bad but he has written for SNL and hes written a big screen nation wide comedy. What have you done?
