the episode when danny hands his badge in cant be on the job (im pretty sure u meant this and not cold case because cold case was from season three, and it was stella was the suspect) ANYWAYS... in the episode in which danny is a subject... lindsay's not there... it was episode 1.21, and aiden was still working.

Actually that scene is from Run Silent Run Deep in season 2. As Lindsay went to Danny to discuss DNA results that made Danny the suspect in the first place.
