hey dude whats the quality of the audio on this cam?? i know you cant plug in an external mic so i was just wondering. you can hear your voice pretty well in this video but whats it like in noisy public places?? thanks

Its your lighting man trust me , in good lighting my camera does amazing.

I agree, it's bad at interior lighting... But it also has interlacing.. no matter what the lighting is.

ami i the only one who thinks its not that bad!, the lighting isnt that good though, is it because of the camera or where you are?

The lighting is normal indoor lighting. You don't see all the interlace lines and such?!?

I see most everyone else has same experience and reviewers say the same - very average quality standard stuff but with insane zoom. The funny thing is that on some of the tests here - the picture quality looks as good or even better at insane 70x zoom hehe.

No problem!

This is unfortunately at highest recording settings :( If you look at other videos, the quality is also kinda low like this. BUT it does have REALLY amazing Zoom! Like, incredible. Unmatched at it's price range. So, if you want super high zoom, this is the camera for you. But, if you want good high quality video, you will either have to spend $600 or so, or buy a mini HD 740i Cam, with only 5x zoom... =/
