@THEPERSON405 you can get telekinesis by leveling up and go to the collage of winterhold or in the labyrintians, their is a spelltome or telekinesis. right when you enter the labyrinthians, you see skeletons, and then, you see a skeleton thats on a table so you go to him and you see the spell tome

@WarMachineGX If you have not done the College of Winter hold yet you will need to do this. This quest is one if the last quests for this guild. The people there will provide you with the tools for opening the door. Hope this helped :)
