How about early removal for the elderly Dep.'s we have now? Time to replace them with younger more agile indeviduals who CAN and WILL do the job....? just a thought after seeing one of the Dep's stand and watch a thef run away, b/c he "already new he couldent cath 'em" ....w/e

good we need some one that will do the right thing no matter who you are or what you got. some of the things said make very good sence. and may just save the tax payers some money. GOOD JOB!!! you got my vote!!! GOOD LUCK.
