He got KOd badly by Tyson,Lewis and Klitschko but still u can see his punches are rly hard and better than most K1 fighters. Would be cool to see a toppclass boxer in K1 for once instead of oldies

sefo looks in good shape to me,he's not a natural heavy weight so he has to bulk up,also he's polynesion and thyre known for being stocky,look at david tua for instance,the fact is they are true atheletes thats why thyre in k1 and ur not!
Sefo is perfect equivalent of Mark Hunt , they are both from NZ same body structure same style ,both fought very close fight . Mark competed in MMA .I believe Sefo would have had same luck in pride as Mark Hunt .
Guys in Pride can't hang in Boxing. Point in fact the guy your watching Ray Sefo tried boxing and got knock the fuck out by a guy name Chester Hughes in the first round. It was on best knockouts on FSN. Then he quit and stuck to Pride.

of course they are scared :D. Most of the k1 fighters would get owned in pride. Then again most pridefighters (Fedor/Nogueira included) would get ktfo in k1.

one well placed kick can destruct a leg and take all power from the punches.
most sport boxers need to learn not to break theyr hands without gloves first.

The whole idea behind having only 3 rounds is that it encourages the fighters to go for it and not just poke and paw for round after round.
K1 superfights and finals used to be 5 rounds.
