No, watch the ad in the full version. In the end of it, the police officer says there are three dead and one in critical condition; the ad opens with "he will hit his girlfriend (the girl in the back) so hard he gives her permanent brain damage". This means that she survives. And given that there were only four in the vehicle, and three dead afterwards, she is therefore the only survivor.
