  • Just bought the Fast Felion (not Felon!!!!),today. Awesome Track Star, but intended to buy the Rocket Fire uh long story :)

  • @argh698 The chrom Rocket Fire is an awesome release! You'll have to get it the next time you go back!

  • i have it with the logo!

my uncle gifted it to me!

  • @JAASIM99 You have a nice uncle!

  • i think i seen one of those hot rods, but it was a post office one.

  • I have two of those. The first one it has like a tiki paintjob and the second one was grey with flames and Champion logo on it

  • Nice update. The tilt front ends are really cool if they work right.

  • @Nitrosoultaker777 Thanks my friend!

  • i disagree i think the opening hood is better.

  • @emccurnin The opening hood is fine as long as it fits well and there isn't a huge gap.

  • Good finds your not a knuckle head because you forget to mention something in your videos I always forget to do stuff in mine until I made a script for myself.

  • @megacomicbooknerd Sometimes, I make a little script to make sure that I cover points that I want to discuss. Otherwise, I would rather just go with the flow so it sounds natural.

  • @racegrooves I really need a script or else I would just go eh eh eh all the time check out my old videos and you will see

  • @megacomicbooknerd I have done over 200 videos now and I still say "so" and "anyways" too much =)

  • @racegrooves I just don't have a good youtube speaking voice.

  • nice review. i reallywanted the opening hood!

  • @Rcdriftnmore Unfortunately, the days of models having opening features in the $1 range are limited. Especially if Mattel can make more money with them by moving the tools for use in the adult range, $3 and up. They make more profit that way.

  • One of my favorite Hot Wheels car! The 2010 silver model is probably my favorite.

  • this is one of my favorite castings...the opening hood..i like that van alot......

  • @heathkinn Well, that is good to know LOL!

  • fast vid of 3 awsome cars

  • @MongooseBikeRacer I try to keep my videos 3-5 minutes so that I don't take up too much of your time. I know that lately, I had quite a few that were rather long but in those cases, I thought that it was important to present the information that way.

  • @racegrooves i have a question when i try to upload 5 min vids it takes up 1hr can you help?

  • @MongooseBikeRacer You don't want my help. It takes me TWO hours to upload a 5 minute video! When I was in Las Vegas last month, I used the hotel's internet and it was SOOPER DOOPER FAST! I up;loaded my 12 minute Possum video in less than 15 minutes!

  • @racegrooves thats fast i think we to upgrade are speed systems or adobe

  • ya when i play with a red one i have the hood wont stay closed gahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @helpmemeetkatyperry THAT'S what I'm talking about! ARGH!

  • I remember when thi car came out even my dad who doesn't collect bought one! He had a 56 ford truck for his first vehicle. He got me one two. His stayed in the pack and still is today, I ripped mine open and within two weeks it was victim to the hammer in my accident scene while playing cops and robbers. At first I ripped the hood off. I regretted it later and still don't have one today. If only they put the original deco and paint on the re-casted version!!

  • @z1546796 That's a cool story! As I went to bed this morning, I was thinking the same thing. It would be nice if they would re-release it with the original logo!

  • Very informative. Thumbs up

  • The whole car is different. Look at a profile of the old and the new.

  • @CorvairGuy69 As I went to bed this morning, I thought that I should have looked for other changes as well. I was just focused on the hood. I will be a bit more thorough next time - Thanks!

  • I noticed that as well! The Garage series HW's has the opening hood but the basic is sealed. For some reason, I always passed on those models. I'll have to give them a second look.

  • @DaddyIvo Mattel has been removing opening features from the basics. It has really escalated the last couple years. They say that it is to contain costs in the $1 line but I think that it is more a marketing decision to really distinguish the basics from the adult collectibles. If you want a metal base and body or opening features, they want you to spend $3 and up.

  • It does look like an eye sore with the gap in between but the police one looks really cool.

  • @JVARGAS513 The deco's on the Cop Rod are smooth!

  • how do you light your videos?

  • @henryblazer20 I have an overhead florescent light (tube) and two clamp lights from the left and the right. They are using Reveal bulbs.

  • Dang! I was hoping you were going to say they kept the hood while still fixing it. Oh well, looks better at least =)

  • @Mattecarshop Many collectors were disappointed that they released this new version without the opening hood. It looks so smooth now!

  • @racegrooves I agree, I definitely like it!

  • good video knucklehead

  • @hotwheelsmadman (grin)

  • I have a question Racegrooves how do u record ur vids on a regular cam and upload the vids if u r using a SD card on it ? Because I want to use my camera out side instead of using my phone. PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @Rhodey360 and nice vid I like the sealed version cant stand hoods that are not fitted

  • @Rhodey360 If you're using an SD card, does your camera have a program for the computer? If it does just save the vid from the program onto your computer and then when uploading just find it. If you don't have a program to view the video, you might need a USB Card reader. I've got a Targus card reader I found at a walmart, right next to where they sell SD Cards. What it does is just plug in the card to your computer, but through USB, and shows you a file of all it's contents.

  • @Mattecarshop thanks alot now that I think of it y cam did come with a disc for installation thing good thing I still have the box !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

  • @Rhodey360 Glad to be of help! =)

  • @Mattecarshop Thanks for taking the time to help Rhodey with his SD Card question =)

  • @racegrooves Yep no problem =)

  • @Rhodey360 You camera may have came with a cable to connect to the computer. As Mattecarshop mentioned, you can also buy a card reader to take your SD card out of your phone and get the information off of your card. I would recommend buying a multi-card reader so that you can use several types of cards in the future. As for the computer program, check your Microsoft folders for Movie Maker. I use Pinnacle Studio but Movie Maker does the same thing.

  • @racegrooves I use windows movie maker like you just stated and thxs

  • @racegrooves nice job=)

  • awsome video

  • @nicko912 Thanks!
