But, I use 8.0, and it doesn't have many effects to go along with the Audio. I thought perhaps she had an Audio Editor. Perhaps 7 has more Tools. ;D Though I've found a few with 8.0! ^_^

you mean the echoing? Oh that's easy. You don't need audio editor for that.

Just add another audio timeline and copy the audio clip in the new audio timeline. Then press the --> button at least four times and seven times for longer clips. Then lower the Gain to -5.0 dB (as you would with Opacity in a video clip)
