Good effort man, but i am 12 years old, i can dunk on 9 1/2 foot and touch the rim on the 10 foot im only 5 foot 10 by the way, and i dont use jumpsoles, or whatever your version is. :)
please this doesnt wok so dont try them, i did it and they gave me 2 inches but still. train your arms,abs,lower back,calves,squats,ankles,and big toe and see where it gets you

dude... you get the results because of the jumping not because of the jumpsoles itself. lol it help a little bit. you don't need to have really big strong calf to jump high. focus on overall strengh and reactive strenght ( plyometric)

Quite the opposite. I had good knees and had never experienced shin splints. Until I did air alert; It is a very dangerous habitual jump training program that wears down on your knees more than it works your legs. You will be able to jump higher no doubt but there are safer programs such as the Vertical Jump Bible or Jumpsoles. And you will feel the after math of air alert.
@sharingan9000 I did air alert i had good knees and their still fine, maybe u didn't massage you're knee like it says to in the video, PLUS i also have a tendon problem and my knees don't hurt, did you actually rest between sets or reps?
@flyhigh1995: Habitual jump training excercises are dangerous no matter how you put it. Our bodies aren't made for making jumping 2nd nature. Whenever you train your muscles especially around the joint muscles your taking a risk. I didn't come out lucky. And yes I followed the program as instructed with rests between sets.
Um I dont recall doubting that humans arent made for jumping so thats first of all. Second no its not 40 percent of the people whove done the program have experienced kneed problems just to let you know. I checked the stats.
Good vid. Hilarious too about the crocs...One way to make those homemade ones even better is to go to the hardware store and get an industrial strength foam that is mor rigid. It will increase the height of the heels off the floor and last longer than the softer,more crushable pool noodle foam. Great idea though!

the only difference between this and the real thing is that the real jumpsoles are heavier, and also dont squish down like the pool noodle does as he steps on them...so i dont think they will work as well as would the jumpsoles, especially if you use the "proprioceptors" aka plugs, with the jumpsoles you add another 3-4 inches....soo im pretty sure jumpsoles are better...but not bad if you dont have the cash!
I'm sure they'll work, but not nearly as well as the actual thing, these are good if you cant afford it. The plugs are small pieces of rubber that go into the bottom and is round at the bottom. Which makes it harder to balance yourself. In which case your body will strengthen itself to be balanced and will thus improve your vert a little more. It will also help with running and basically every other sport. I'm going on week 4 of 8. Check out my profile in 1 month for vids of my improvement.
damn, i pretty much told ppl how to do this with an old pair of tennis shoes, and some asshole thought i was full of it. this is a good idea, only u would spend a little money, maybe 15 bux. mine would be 4 free. u prob have what i suggested around the house.
i think you shud just stick to stretching and core strength work if your only 14. plyo exercises can be pretty harsh on strong bodies, let alone young bodies!!!

Jump soles are a complete waste of time and money. If you want to build your calves do calf raises. If you want to dunk do squats or leg presses.

yes you shud feel tired after a work out, just rest your legs for a couple of days. its pretty straight forward mate!

id say do about 3 sets of each exercise up to 3 times a week. each set would involve about 30 really quick jumps. try that!

mine haven't worn out yet, the tape is pretty strong. wood mite be a bit hard on the feet. id stick to softer materials like the blue thing (pool noodle).

im sure you can use an old pair of sneakers, but the tape is strongest on crocs! people wear shoes with real jumpsoles so i dont see why you cant!

This video is the best! You are a genius. I am defenetily going to try this. Not only that but you got an incredible jump. I'm 6'1' and got a 28-29' vertical.... hopless. Hopefully after this it will be more like 30+.
