@yousawthis unfortunately Rare, who makes Killer Instinct, was bought by Microsoft in 2002. that's why the new Perfect Dark and Banjo Kazooie came out for Xbox 360. so the chances the a new Killer Instinct for a Nintendo system are zero right now :(

Microsoft can't own Killer Instinct without both Rare and Nintendo agreeing, its true, Nintendo also thought of Killer Instinct with Rare. Others like: Banjo, Conker, Jet Force Gemeni, Perfect Dark, Grabbed By The Ghoulies, and (That Gay Ass) Viva Pinata. Are own by Rare only. While Donkey Kong and Starfox (Adventures) are owned by Nintendo, and Killer Insticnt is own half and half by both Rare and Nintendo. Oh, by the way. Killer Insticnt Gold was fun, but the original rules.

@RoyalHustler09 Actually, Killer Instinct is owned entirely by Rare. hen Microsoft bought Rare in 2002, the agreement was that any new franchises created by Rare when they were owned by Nintendo, would be given to Microsoft, whereas Donkey Kong and Star Fox (which were owned by Nintendo before Rare came along) would stay at Nintendo. Since KI was created by Rare, it belongs to Microsoft, and they're free to make a KI for 360 if they wish.

Killer Instinct is a game by Rare which means that it would probably end up being on the xbox 360 cause Rare is owned by Microsoft

The only company that Killer instinct 3 will ever belong to is Nintendo and Rare, once they finallly start working together again, since both of them own copyrights to the game franchise, it could only legally be theirs.

I agree, this game is almost an exact port of its arcade version. Who cares if they took out the victory FMV? that doesn't add to the actual gameplay, its just an extra feature. They could have put cinder and Riptor back though, but thats up to Rare.
