ughh i have had enough of the store content, it crashed my game, and the custom content didnt, and sim points are soooo expensive, 10,000 points is like 160 euro, you could buy 4 expansion packs with that money...so its really kind of pointless to me, even though store stuff is nicer looking than custom content

custom content makes my game lag and takes like 20 minutes to load. so i dont use cc other than skin tones cause i hate EAs and some hair and clothing. as long as you dont go overboard, your game is fine.

i used that haulter top in green on my 2nd family in the sims 3 and the girl had a twin sis she was a workoholic and she is one of my most successful sims since she owns everything and maxed out her buisness career she also has the short curlyish hair from i think world adventures and those skinny jeans on here and green closed high heels !!!:P

Mods are great. The custom hair and clothing doesn't harm your game. It's the game mods that are outdated that harm it. For example making pregnant sims jump on the trampoline may not be updated for the next patch. Then again people feel safer on the sims store so whatever lol.
