While you can certainly make particle out of text layers, if you want a bunch of random (or not random) phrases, best bet is to make .pngs out of them and make an image sequence.

hi, please i need to create a particle effect on many phrases, is there any way to collapse as with  images many layers of text or do I have to create psd or any image file?
