I'm from middletown and this film is shite! The film wasn't shot in middletown, the storyline had nothing to do with middletown and there certainly is not such a large protestant population in middletown. All in all this film was ana unfair representation of a town who has a very interesting past that could have been explored in a movie but cannot use the title now due to this non-sensical pile of trash!

Poor movie as a whole. Totally unexplored characters and threadbare plot. Script was woeful and thats an understatement. It was like watching an amalgamation of episodes of Eastenders/Ballykisssangel

i only watched it because Brian kirk one of the directors is my neighbor lol it was ok, very good if you already new the background which made it all the more interesting.
