  • I watched the first one and then this one and one thing is obvious, that detective should never be allowed to interview a suspect again.

  • There you go that is what I wanted to find out ........The only reason Beyers has a change of heart is Money . And the same thing with Pam Hobbs 13k each and that is just for Lost Paradise 3. God only knows what they were given for the new film That is why Pam Hobbs and Mr Byers jumped on the bandwagon. OMG

  • Skeeta bit. lol.

  • Damn! I was waiting for a hug and a big old sloppy kiss!

  • I can't tell you how very very much we appreciate you coming in to hang yourself Mr. Hobbs. Mucho respecto.

  • @jennypicalo1 Are you kiddig me . I believe him and sure dont believe Mr Byers and Pam Hobbs. They are in it for the money. She moved back with him after she accuses him come on .Come she is nothing but a liar Watch her in part one of Lost Paradise all omg I am Tv after she gets her sons belongings back.

  • "I kept up with EVERYTHING that happened (oops If I say everything then they'll ask me if I know the specifics of what I did that day to them boys) NOT EVERYTHING (meaning I don't know everything you detectives want to know, wink wink, even though I know). And well I'm innocent.

  • His body language COMPLETELY changes as soon as the interview is wrapping up. For most of the interview he has his arms crossed etc. There is alot wrong with his version of events, but most worryingly is when he says when the interview is over "I don't know what happened to those boys in those woods on that night" and then he corrects himsel and says "or day or whatever".

  • See you have to ask yourself - if Hobbs and his friend did it - well what was the motive for Hobb's friend getting inolved? I mean why the hell would he have anything to do with such a disgusting act? What he just joined in..decided to cover?

Anyone seriously considering that Bojangles guy is mad - three kids would hae run a mile from him. This had to be people they knew and trusted. Even then - would be hard to catch them all. I reckon you would need at least 3 people - but that's just me.

  • very interesting. but i still think mark byers did it because his son had more serious wounds & mutilations than the others. the other boys were (i think) just in the wrong place at the wrong time & were killed because thay could i.d him.

  • I'm proud of Byers hanging admitting that he might have been wrong and now supporting the WM3. I don't know who's guilty but I believed at one time it was Byers. I no longer do.

    Scott, AZ

  • He seems pretty calm...UNTIL they asked about one knife, then he seemed to start to get concerned. Also he gave out Mark Byers phone number. 901-873-2708, I'm sure it's changed since this. Hmmm.

  • If you look up guilty in the dictionary, Terry Hobbs is what you will find. He just looks like he is hiding something, always has.

  • this case was so corrupt, the people believe in there justice system,,and police that work this case,,the reason this case goes on and on,is because there innocence, the police sold them out, prosecuter sold them out , david burnett retired but keeps this case, are you kidding me ,he will never free them boys, and thats why he keep this case, you should step down, you are corrupt as hell, you should be arrested and charge with corruption. he should be removed from this case, step down ass hole

  • the cort knows they fucked up thats why they are still looking for the fucker that killed them

  • the cop at the end is great--he's like 'Dude, we just listened to your bullshit for over an hour, cut me a break here, will ya?"

  • I know right!

  • So WTF are they doing? It's been 3 years. This guy's DNA is was in one of the knots used to tie up a kid and his buddy Jacoby's at the scene.

  • The boys were tied with 2 different styles of knots. Hobbs family owned a meat packing plant where Bryers said they used to tie the meat ..Hobbs and Jacoby?

  • Gee-willikers it sure is swell of the police men to take a new look at this case after A PRIVATE ORGANIZATION did all the fucking work!!! Worthless Bible fearing scumbag pieces of shit put those kids, who are now men, in jail. It's hard enough to hide your scars in small town USA, you'll get yours Gitchell, if there is a God you'll get yours!

  • how did he have time to start a book on may 5th when he was supposed to be out looking for his son?

plus what has he written about in it 'as far as he knew' stevie was only missing?

  • Read Gitchell's depo..He never questioned Hobbs about the murders ..Hope you get sued big time. Creep..He doesn't want a new trial because he know that they fucked up this case. Gitchell is an idiot. He sounds stupid in this depo.

  • How did this video get onto the internet?

  • PART3..You people make me fucking sick! On one hand you absolutely give it, the self-righteous "I AM FUCKING RIGHT! BECAUSE I KNOW EVERYTHING! AND I CAN SAY ANYTHING! SIEG HEIL! SIEG HEIL!" And yet on the other hand you condemn a man because your inner chi..man, makes you feel that his spirit man, is guility, man, like when he was asked a question man, did you see the way he moved his fucking ass man..makes him guility dont it MAN! Ok I might have over made my point, please have some sense.

  • Hello ? bloodcell9 you must be about 10 yrs old. I gotta tell you, that you have a very special vocabulary

  • Dont care about what you may think! I wrote what I wrote...NOT because I think Terry Hobbs is innocent or guilty but because those off the same type of mentality that thought THAT Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin and Jessie Misskelley during their court trial where gulity are now doing the exactly the same with Terry Hobbs...OK...the police FUCKED this case sooo bad, that its now so screwed that the court would find it high to impossible to figure out a way of finding out who is responsible.

  • PART2. .What we got here is your standard southern working white class male, not very well educated. That has gone through an event, that no person could concieve off unless they too had a similar past (i.e. losing your child and marrage), and we can all be smug about saying he's guilty he did it.. BUT bare in mind that the people that say that shit are of the same fucking mind that said that shit about Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin and Jessie Misskelley during their court trial.

  • PART1..Seen the whole interview now, baring in mind that Hobbs is just your topical southern boy in relation to having a knife collection smoking a bit of weed and having trouble with his wifes kin setting him up with the coke situation and getting her big brother to beat the shit out of him, as for the gun well go and speak to the NRA about that, oh yeah and not beening able to recognise how old an afro black vagabond is pretty much a universal white thing.

  • This is how its done. You must not know much about how detectives work to get their man.

They cant be aggressive, or make their suspect think that they do indeed suspect him... Its called reverse psychology.

  • false. its not called reverse psychology. check a textbook

  • I thought to myself, if Hobbs tries to make a closing statement, then he's guilty, they usually like to say one last convincing piece of info to get the cops off your tail.

  • What's interesting to note is his nervous tension throughout the interview, he keeps himself prtected by crossing his arms, it hides the shaky hands. Then, when the interview is done, he lets his hands down, still seemingly holding his breath BUT, when they take out the camera to take his pic, he gets nervous again, and starts figiting with the paper in his hand. What of that????

  • @Sweetashanni he wanted his 'crying towel' to be in the picture.

  • I agree omg they suck they don't even see the littlest of incontinence's FBI or get some real investigators in there get some from Louisiana Florida any where but here..they are stupid. I'm a house wife and saw him say he never went in the woods until he picked up Pam then moments later he said he left the woods to get her from work omg and he figits alot with the napkin when Stevies names come up

  • Yes, they do see the inconsistencies. They do not want to show their hand yet. Sheesh, do none of you know anything at all about police work and how detectives work to make their case ??? Jesus.

  • This sorry of an excuse police department and local agencies are far too incompetent to handle the depths of such an exhaustive ivestigation. Where is the FBI? That should have been the second number dialed after 911.

We certainly wouldn't have had 3 innocent boys in jail, and maybe the actual murderer(s).

This case makes me physically ill...

  • The very last "confession" when he says, "he don't know what happened that night ... that day, whenever" That right there sealed the deal for me. This guy knows, he knows what happened out there.

    WHY is he still free??

  • I find it very interesting how the investigators are so cordial to Terry during this interview. I wonder if he was interviewed directly after the murders. I wonder if any of the other 3 that were convicted were treated as well. I double it. I also find it coincidental that ALL of this interview was recorded. If only Jesse's had been recorded for the full extent and not just the last 45 minutes.

  • I believe this was his first-ever interview with the police regarding this crime. Whether he did it or not, this is incredible considering his history and his access to the victims.

  • Well its a tactic i suppose to be nice n keep him talking otherwise he could clam up n walk out plus they wood never charge him- they cant unless they had enuff evidence to insure a conviction-they've only got 1 shot if hes guilty. The easiest way to know if someones gonna be lying is to ask questions you alrerady know the answer to.I think LT. Mitchell did a great job with little room to maneuver.

  • that proves nothing

  • Dig his final words after the audio tape is off (hello? Terry? The video was still on)... "I don't know what happened out there in them woods that night ... that day, whenever (OOOOPS!) ... " What a closing!
