umm not sure what comment your talking about. but usually when there is an X it means to mute the string. 0 means open string. and 2 means second fret. i guess hopes this helps. let me know where the comment is.
in the nirvana's unplugged all instruments are toned 1/2 down, right? when kurt's goes from the E (or E5?) to A he links the two chords whit a small phrase on the E string. something like D# F# G. (in that tuning). i play it this way, but i'm not sure these notes are right. any ideas?
yeah man is like a little riff between the E and A. on the open E string u play a triplet ( open, 3, 4, ) as a transition to the A which he plays on the second fret as (open A string, second fret D string). hope that helped. i have a lesson of my own comin up soon feel free to check it out and rate it :)
I really don't wanna sound like a know it all jackass but Kurt didn't write Where did you sleep last night. It was a widely known song in the south but the true artist of it was never known and the first person to record it was Lead Belly and Kurt also covered the song probably was about Courtney =/. Though I just wanted to let people know and thanks now im able to play the song wanted to play this for a long time just didn't know the chords =D
thanx, so much stuff on the tube is way freakin overcomplicated, most people just need a little help with the chord progression and strumming pattern,
i have to say I´m noob and I can´t identify any chord you are playing. It would have been better if you would have shown the chords exactly. Your hands reveal nothing for me. I play E with 2nd A, 2nd G and 1st D, but it does not seem that you are playin it this way. it sounds more worse than yours when playin it E in that way. I hope somebody will explain it exactly. but thanks anyway...
hey 515742617000027, what is the X, 0 and 2 in you comment, can you please clarify, thanks, an sorry for the inconvenience.

P.S.: Your look is cool.
You look a bit like one of the person who take the star role in the movie "Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas"!

Hi James!
Best greets from Germany ;-)
Just wanted to say that you are my "personal Guitar hero".
Without you I wouldn't play one of my most favourite Nirvana Songs, "Where did you sleep last night" (yeah, I know that's just a cover:))
Best regards,
Frank.
