uh, you should clarify: this is not his first read of this song. perhaps his first read of this particular arrangement of the song, but not the first sight-read of the song itself (not to take away from mr. brier, but there's another video of him playing this song with the same claim)

@opertinicy It IS his first READ........I WAS THERE. Keeper1st, TRANSCRIBED the music to paper in simplified form, gave it to TOM and we BOTH videoed Briers playing of it......Keeper1st has posted it on his channel and I posted my video on this, MY CHANNEL....THere was NO other arrangement but what Keeper notated from the game.........He specializes in doing this and giving them to TOM.......I have been there for about 5 of these happenings.........Thanks for your comments.........VBR

Where these concerts are very small and larger festivals may attract 1000 and NO MEDIA............And it isn't mainstream i guess.....WHere rappers are in and get world wide media coverage and fill stadiums ???????? Tom has genius composing skills and sight reading and playing skills second to no one and has a day job.........It is ALL ABOUT DEMAND i guess???? Thanks for your observation and comment......VBR

I'm a big fan of tom brier, i subscribed to keeper1st's channel to see him and mark and all the other fun stuff. You guys are absolutely lucky to be able to have fun with all that in person. This video looks like the piano is having a hard time keeping up with tom's hands

@75egcg I have a LOT of Tom Brier on my channel. Not ALL are barnburners. Subscribe and click notifications and when I load a vid, you will get an e-mail. In 4 weeks I will be going to a festival where Tom is playing over 3 days and evening after hrs too. Thanks for the comments. Yes we are lucky to be seeing him live several times per year, in Concert or at festivals. VBR

@PinSeeker0688 Yss it was a first look and run through...I was there when Ron dug his very basic transcription of the game and Tom looks at it for a few seconds then lets fly.......He still amazes me after close interaction with him playing the past 10 years.....Thanks for looking. VBR
