Same happening here with this vid. I was able to download the files with the FlashGot FF extension though. My sucktastic computer can't play the full HD version at any rate approaching smooth.

Strangely enough, the lores flv file, despite being ~30mb (IIRC) consisted of nothing more than 1 second of footage, showing the URL that appears at the end of the vid. The high-res flv file played fine. I didn't bother with the hires mp4.
