I was deployed there in 08-09 with the 33rd from illinois, but I dont remember this area. We started off in methar lam, which was beutiful, then we were transfered to cop Najil in the lahgman province. That place was an undeveloped hell

@johnson11b Yup, but that isn't their MRAP. It was a civil affairs MRAP and I think it was an Air Force 2T driving it.

Whats the nomenclature for that specific MRAP? Because it looks A LOT like the ones my unit fielded in Afghanistan in 08

Road gave way underneath the tires. There is a retaining wall on the right side that the ANP officer is sitting on. The one on the left side was still under construction when we came through. Crazy guys just kept on working right below the MRAP.
