i painted and lined mine and it looks great, i decided that i liked it so much that i took the beam saber and shaved it down to make it look more like the garren straight (spelling??), then i painted it a chrome color, now its displayed next to my 1/100 no grade red frame, having the two together makes an interesting display that looks amazing in my opinion

You're not going to enjoy that Z-plus model. Its an extremely old model, number 14 in the G gen (SD) line.

Its terrible compared to the Red Frame SD.

The plastic is not even white.

The plastic comes in only two colors, light gray and piss yellow. There is NO red. The stickers are crappy.

I still like it since I love all models and especially SD's, but critically, its not that great of a model. Much better as a display piece, IF you can make it look good.

You should check out the new SD kit that came out after the Astray. Take a look at BB #259 Strike Gundam S.W.S. or BB #268 Justice Gundam. I have the Destiny and Strike freedom set that I got last year. its in on of my videos that I release in Feb 22. Also look at the 00 SD kits for Exia and Rasor!

the SD stands for Superior Defender. they came out about 2-3 years ago with a tv show to come with it. the show didnt last long i dont think cuz it hasnt been on. but i have the SD Burning Gundam and SD Gundam Deathscythe. they arent models but theyre pretty cool. i didnt know you culd still find SD Gundams anymore.

I first heard about them from the stupid little anime TV show they had for them and believe me, that was so stupid. One I highly recommend is the SD GG Neo Shining Gundam. The thing has mad articulation for an SD and even goes into it's super mode; with an opening face mask which even the Master Grade doesn't have. It's one of my fav SD's.
