HI Sanjay... Love ur cooking.. Really amazing !!!!!!!!!!! I never knew cooking is this much easy... its all because of ur videos now i am a very good cook in my house...
Vah Chef I love your shows and appreciate your teaching others...but I always have to laugh when you say add JUST A LITTLE bit of this or that, and it looks actually like a quite a bit you are adding LOL
thanks for this awesome video! quick question: when you introduced your potatoes to the rest of the ingredients for frying, were they already boiled?? if not, would the heat from the rice cooker be enough to cook the potatoes? please confirm! thanks!
@deltaenforcer93 A lot of hindus eat meat despite it being against their religion, it is their personal choice there is no compulsion. Just like many muslims drink alchohol. Infact I know some muslims that are vegeterian as well..it all depends on the individual,.
just love ur recipes..they turn out so good...I keep trying new stuffs from net..but this is one show where I am so sure that I will not fail..thanks a ton vahchef..u r any day better than Sanjeev Kapoor
I am not too convinced that using potato for this dish is the right thing to do. Is there any specific reason for using potato insted of the usual veggies?
I have never made pulao in a rice cooker...but wow now I will!! I always strive for a aromatic and fluffy pulao but it all boils down to how the rice is cooked...koodos for this ingenious method!!
Haha! Serioucly, ur funny when ur talking! Anyway, I love ur cooking! It's tasty and interesting! I have made 24 dishes from u show so far.. So.. U can't say i that I am an outsider:-) Namaste.. xD
The mint looks like a really nice inclusion. I like to make a simple pulou using basmati rice with finely chopped potato, tomato, garden peas, chickpeas, spring onions and diced chicken. I sometimes fry the whole spices & onion in ghee to give a bit more flavour. I must try using mint!
All i can say is thx, i always loved cooking but never had the real oppertunity, i jus happened to move to another country. I try out your dishes 1 per day and they come out so well. Your way of cooking is so simple yet so tasty. I think your love for cooking is shown in ur dishes.
chef all your recipes are good but you never tell the quantity of ingredients. Please always tell quantity otherwise first time cooks like me get very confused
Why are u even wasting your time watching this video if you don't like Indians?Obviously, you've used his recipes before..haha. U just don't wanna admit .You sound "Dehaati" at best. If you got nothing good to say, nobody made u watch this video! Sounds to me like you're the "Tatti" around here. You must definitely be a Porkistani..lmfao. I ain't Indian, but respect india (Out-source capital of world) far more than that Shit hole terrorist capital from which you're from.Go back to your crap hole.
Sanjay...u've been very helpful.....u style of making peolple understand how to cook is excellent...Keep goin...i would love to see gongura mutton on ur show
I'm inspired to cook !! Today is my wedding anniversary . I prepared this and recieved compliments frm my husband... ur videos r very informative for cooking starters like me... thnks a lot sanjay... keep up ur gud work...
thanks a lot for the wonderful recipe...I appreciate ur effort and honesty of teaching . pls confirm if u put double the quantity of water in rice before removing 20% from it.. thanks again
I made Veg pulao yesterday. It was the best pulao I had ever made. I did not use rice cooker. I used a very tight fitting lid vessel. The sourness with the curd gave the pulao a very distinct & good taste.
by kala jeera do you mean shahi jeera .Recently i bought a a packet of spices that had the label of sha jeeru ..thinking it was shahi jeera ..but it seems to be sumthing different ...can you tell me what it is .
instead of saffron color can we use milk mixed with turmeric powder.
