If Andy were still alive, he just would've kept getting better. With the advent of cable TV, Comedy Central, HBO stand-up specials... Andy would've been back with a bang in a few years, had he lived. (Lorne Michaels would've let him back on SNL, too. ;-))
And he would still be going at it today... using internet technology and cable TV to his advantage. ;-)
