I believe Brian Dugan should be tortured for a couple years then burned alive now that would be a badass death penalty if murderers and rapist knew they would face that kind of death penalty I bet crime rates throughout the nation would drastically drop...
My mom worked with Pat Nicarico at Ellsworth Elementry when her daughter was brutally raped and murdered. How dare you even try to justify and defend what Brian Dugan did. When he is put to death the world will be a better place because his existence will be no longer.
