Yay! i've been looking for this song up and down on Youtube-- looking for instrumentals is so frustrating!! yay yay yay. This reminds me of one Christmas Eve, i was 7, my brother was 14, and totally out of character, he grabbed me by the hands and we danced in crazy giddy circles around the living room! Just the sheer exuberance of the season and a very Merry Christmas! always remember that moment.

My favorite part of this song is when the cymbal cuts out briefly for a measure or two, and then jumps back in with Vince. When it comes back in, it just makes everything sound so upbeat.

The best jammin' little song from the Peanuts' Christmas special. I hear it and (with a whisk back to 1965) can see curly-haired Frieda twistin' away in the left hand corner of the stage, the boy 5 doing the "Mashed Potato" dance, and his twin sisters doing the Pony dance in their white Go-Go boots. Soooo 60s! Groovy, man...totally groovy!
