@FokaXIX Lee's best tehnique is Taijutsu, he can do the Lotus that require a lot of chakra. And a few little moves that uses a small ammout of chakra. So the answer is yes/no . I hope it helped you !

@itsyomasta I think you're a nub and you dont know to read. I sayd "Lotus require a lot of chakra" and you sayed Lotus is pure chacra. Lotus is not a form of chakra like red chakra (Kyuubi Chackra) Or blue chakra (normal chakra) or another color... Lotus it's a move. it's a jutsu Like Rasengan or Chidori. I know it opens life gates to perform this jutsu and this means it is pure chakra. So.... It's 50-50. :D

@leothehusky You know what I liked about the first one that the second and probably the third won't have? The fact that when you both use a jutsu or ultimate jutsu it went into a button pressing mode and the one who won that button pressing session would hit the opponent with their move. That was so cool. I wish they would put it in the third one.
