happens with singers..as they age their voice takes a boat load of strain over the years..you cant get back your range or strength,..theres simply no other way around it.,

There has nothing to do with age. The singer needs to keep exercising their vocal cords every day!!!! She had a very serious illness and probably all the stress and treatment took a toll on her voice, which is a shame!!!! She was an AMAZING, AMAZING singer! It's sad...

Yeesh, I guess sometimes you're spoiled by the original versions. Her voice is just not the same. Plus the fact they're boxed in a little room rather than in a friggn coliseum with 10,000 screaming fans. This video makes me sad, back to the original...
