this album is great especially this track.. anyone who said that ministry fell apart with this album is retarded, just listen to the "99%" track that they just released for the "new album" and compare it to this one.
this grrl'z humble opinion is that ""House Of TheMole"" re-captured some of their magic. a special song to me is """Worm {Locate Consume Repeat}""". their library is so vazt that i think all of us can find something to like. in their defense, hardly anyone besides Pink Floyd can be dead consistent for 30 years. i will take sub-par Ministry over 96% of todays attempts.
yes, there is a banjo and a sax. My favorite album as well unfortunately it was so good because i think the lack of "believers". Ministry was all about the conspiracy and spoon was about no one giving a fuck because they'd rather fuck an asshole or freebase some coke. We are all strung out and ministry is dying and no is there to give a shit, well. I would learn all these songs and the other albums all as well if it brought jourgensen back to the scene. Al if youre watchin lets do this thing man
@hellchild65 lol;wait to see that most consider their last 3 records a huge dissapointment;it's just a matter of taste and opinion. They included some thrash metal elements but that doesn't mean they've gone downhill
@bloodyrockfire I know House of the Mole did really well with critics but a number of fans hated it, idk why, i thought it was good. but to me, last sucker and cover up and a couple of songs off grande blood were bad.
I will admit that i enjoyed the Every Day is Halloween Remix/cover album he released recently though
@hellchild65 One of the huge problems with Ministry is that their fanbase consist more of industrial fans than metal supporters. That may explain their dislikes, they had quite pretty massive style changes along their career and a as result it took them to get used to every sound beeing a too big toaster for most of the audience contenters
I miss this heavy, devastating, low-bass, slow, smothering sound ministry did. I also love the fast 150bpm sound too. but at least back then they had variety in the albums.
