I don't do medicinal cannabis. I do Valium and valerian root and add omega-3s to my diet. But I recognize the value of cannabis if for nothing else but an anti-anxiety. Anyone with a chronic condition has to avoid excess anxiety, and addressing it with medication is reasonable.

I'm all for avoiding medication when ever possible, and I do get a positive health impact from eating lox and bagels & fish oil, but diet and vitamins are not enough in my case.
