1990s Kosovo !was! recognized by one and only country ... Albania! Albania is the poorest country in the whole Europe and the Europe is full of Albanian imigrants ( Serbia, Macedonia, Monte Negro, Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Germany, France, Holland, ... and USA).
In the 1970's Albanian religion leaders told Albanians in Kosovo to reproduce themselfs ( they had and still have 10 or more children ) so their population is rising exponentaly. It is planing of their Great Albania and it has started on searbian most sacred land Kosovo. They always had hatred upon serbs since they are "defeated turks" from 500 ago.
The CFR guys need to slaughter 4 billion sheeple, WW 1 part 2 will go a long way towards that. Nothing like getting Serbs (that drink plum brandy) and Muslims in mixed up in blood fueds that go back a 1000 yrs. CFR, UN you guys are truly evil.
The equivalent of this would be the following. Suppose over time California received massive amounts of immigrants of Mexican decent. Over time all other races were the minority and California felt as though they didn't get any recognition from the government, so they push for independence from the usa. Can you imagine the problems and uproar that would cause? What would be right in that case?
The constitution does not specifically mention secession but since participation is voluntary it is assumes you can secede . Texas never voted to rejoin the union they were annexed. Texas got to keep federal land and has the right to break itself up into as many as five different states. It would cause problems as you say but it is a right.
Im not sure about this, but on one hand i think they deserve freedom and shouldnt have to be forced to be part of serbia. On the other hand i think they should stay part of Serbia, so that the country could stay unified, and that there would be less unrest (Im a huge amateur with politics so im prolly totally off)

I listened to the professors input and about the detailed history.
Ultimately the solution will be to abolish all borders. But I am way ahead in the future.
The question is now HOW do we get there?
